Cancellation Policy
Life happens. If a cancellation or reschedule is absolutely necessary, please contact me directly via phone call or text at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please leave a voicemail if not answered.
1) Less than 48 hour cancellations or reschedules will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
2) Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
3) No call, no-shows will not be tolerated and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
4) Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment one time.
Any requests to reschedule beyond the first time will not be approved.
5) If you are 15 minutes late it will be considered a no show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
If the card on file is declined, any future appointments cannot be booked until the fee is paid.
6) The scheduled appointment must maintain its original value, meaning you cannot request a different service of lesser value upon arrival. The time slot you reserved must be paid for.
